I'm more wondering if you have to do cmrc or are there member classes, seems a bit spendy to get a cmrc license.

$40 for day license and $50 for race entry. A little more spendy then club class but you get to race for more then one hour on a beautiful course.

oh that's ok, I thought it was the full $130 license, i'm cool with that, and beginner and inter do the full loop same time cut?

You bet. Beginner goes on the same loop as everyone else
