Custom tuning for trucks

Hi,

Does anyone know of, or can recommend a place so I can get my truck a custom tune?

I have been looking at the SCT ones, but I don't know too much about the whole thing so any information would be great, oh I have a 2010 F150 with the 5.4 3v engine.

Mustang shop and talk to Mike. He custom tuned my f150 with an SCT tuner....it is the best imo because you can tweek the settings if you wish. Or, you could call up Troyer from the US...he specializes in Ford.

if you pay the extra $$$ for a dyno-tune...yes! Slight power increase but it won't knock yer socks off....it does make the shifting much crisper and will make the tranny last longer. Get long tube headers (best bang for your buck!), 4:10 gears, and the custom tunes for a nice over all power increase.....you should be able to hang with the hemi's with all that done. Gasser engines are hard to get good gains unless you want to go forced induction.....but that is a whole other ball game.

There is a lot of other bs add-ons that are complete waste of money like cold air intake sytems....don't get duped because most modern vehicles already have them stock.
