Recycle Tires

Does anyone know a place in town that recycles tires?

My garage is starting to get pretty full. Just bought a Kenda Sticky at Bow today for $62+ tax for the rear rim.

I have just gone to the local Fountain Tire and asked to throw them in their bin, they always said okay.
