I'm going to guess that its David Bailey leaning against the Caprice or Brad Lackey. Johnny O'Mara doing the cast signing.

She was hot, if I remember right. Rooster is the closest but still wrong. I friend of mine from Wpg. sent me these pics, just the other day, from when we went to Mosport,ON for the 500 GP in 1979. The first is Heikki Mikkola(multi-time World Champ) and myself (a bit slower than him). The second pic has Graham Noyce signing my cast, he ended up winning the 500 World title that year on a Honda. It was awesome watching these guys ride and I got most of the top riders to sign my cast, Brad Lackey, Gerrit Wolsink, Roger DeCoster, Gerard Rond, etc...

I had a feeling it wasn"t O"mara but I knew I was right on Heikki!- Do you still have the cast?-All those guys were my hero"s when I was growing up!

My Mom threw out the cast about a year later, I was pissed at that. They were my heroes also. Did you watch any of The Motocross Files on Speed? There are 5 episodes about motocrossers from our era. There is one on Marty Smith, Brad Lackey, Roger DeCoster,Bob Hannah and Rick Johnson. They are pretty good . lots of old footage and pics and good insights from people involved back then. Tonight there is one on at 8:30pm on Speed Channel.
