Myler's in the US had good reviews from the dirt mags, but closer to home I know myself and Dirtyboy have had success at TOPS radiator in the NE, very near Cycle Works. Not sure if it's still there. There are some old posts on this form from about 5 years ago on the subject if you search the tech forum.

Other than that, I'd say search around EBay and the bike forum classifieds. I just found brand new shrouds, number plates, airbox cover, decals for all that and a new shifter for $85 shipped to my door on Craigslist. If you use Search Tempest dot com, it helps you search CL all over the place.

Good luck.

Bumping this old thread to see if anyone knows of other shops. I called CityWide and they quoted $150 over the phone, anytime they weld this the min charge now it seems. Also tried Trillion Industries and they guessed about $100.

Anyone know of other shops out there? I may try just using JB Weld and warming it up in the garage or taking it to the track so at least I have water nearby and see if it holds.

I used city wide to repair a rad that was bent and had a small pinhole leak. I can’t remember the price but I’m sure it wasn’t over $100. The service was good with quick turnaround.

Calgary Radiator Service would do it and I brought to him at lunch, but he says unrepairable.

X2 for citywide. Bring it over to them and ask for a quote in person. It is hard for any shop to quote damage repair over the phone.
The voices are back. Awesome!

If it is leaking I'd say junk it and get a new one. Went to City-wide and thought their cost was outrageous. Basically said we know what new ones cost, so we charge half that to repair them. I'd rather pay the extra $'s and get a new one from my favorites parts store.

If it is just bent, drain it completely and heat it up good with a paint strippng gun, you'd be suprised how much you can work on them when they are hot, just dont hit a tube and punture it in the process.
