Can't make Thursday as I have to do some work with the cows. The ranch boss/wife might me if I take off again and leave her to do the work!
Should be good for the weekend though if we don't need the snow tires.
I was thinking about it, but since it's been puking snow in Banff for the last 36hrs and I don't have snow tires, I'll probably pass. I think I'm probably done for the year, unless something changes weather wise or a road trip south happens. In case anyone is a skier/boarder here, check out the Lake Louise or Sunshine web cams. It promises to be one of the best openings in a long time
Wow those ski cams look great. Some of my most memorable powder days were in November. Even with all this fresh a wise man runs his rock skis in November

I guess we'll have to see how it holds up for Saturday. It's almost or might be stud season.
As for the ski comments, it's always the powder days that generate the core shots on my skis It's funny how the good skis always end up being the rock skis.
That is great. My old rockers are a pair of Rossignol 4S 207's with some Solomon 957equipes. Only real men can ski Teal and get away with it. My "good" pair are quickly becoming rock skis as well, it is funny how that happens. They are K2 Mod X's in a 195 size (?) They are long for a shaped ski, K2 backed off on lengths after the first year. They are quite possibly the fastest ski I have ever owned.
My Mod X's behave well at speed, a little nervous but pretty good. Not quite as good as my old 215 3G's, but close.I think I was the only person to end up with Mod X's in the 195 size. These were my first shaped ski and I thought I was going short coming off a pair of 210 K2's.
