Thanks Alex, a very interesting article. I'm a big believer in braces, and have had some crashes with them on that convinced me they prevented further injury. Pretty tough to dispute the math, on a study that only looks at motorcycle injuries.

I believe too. I just bought a new Leatt GPX 5.5 yesterday from CycleWorks Calgary to replace the original GPX model that I've worn for almost 10 years. They hold up well.
