New rider out of SW Calgary

Postby Betarider » Sun Aug 21, 2016 9:03 pm

Hi all,

New to riding and the world of dirtbike. Slow starting on a Beta 250 rr. Hoping to join the group rides on Wednesdays to build skill and meet other single track riders.

See you on the trails,

Peter

Welcome to the club Peter. There is no doubt you will find some like minded Riders here. Great bike by the way.

Peter,

Do yourself a favour and find an experienced club member to grill about trail difficulty levels. There is no official grading system and some trails are a lot more challenging than others ... sometimes just depending on which direction they are ridden.

Get away from the paved-loop quad hooligans etc and go see more of McLean Creek. I wasted an entire season mucking around on quad trails and dodging giant bike swallowing mud holes ... and I can never get that time back :D

Peter
