New Lady Member - Suzuki DR 650

Hello Members! After riding street bikes for 20 years - interspersed with some dirt-bike riding on the logging roads at Kicking Horse mountain, and quadding at McLean Creek, I've decided that I like the option of dual sport. Bought my 650 last year - for a little of the best of both worlds! Have ridden at McLean Creek a few times - and love it... although my bike is too big for me to squeeze into some of those exciting situations alongside a 100 or 200 cc, I can still power up and down the hills. I'd love to hear from other riders that are a bit more laid back in the dirt. Have a great day!

Welcome. There are a few members here that ride some of those bigger thumpers, but ADSMC (Alberta Dual Sport Motorcycle Club) may be more up your alley. Have a fun out there. Trees aren't as unpredictable as cars, I've found.
