You made it look easy!

That was a challenging race, just getting to the end in one piece was a win for me!
Thanks Brass, looking forward to your write up on this one!

Thanks Alex! It's about to get hectic in part 2. Muddy slippery rooty races like that are real character builders.

Yes I always start in first gear. It looked like you got the holeshot in your class too Dirtyboy, looking forward to the video...

I used a different technique this time. Started in Neutral. My clutch in this bike seems to stick with the clutch lever in and starting is not good. I've bled it, checked the pressure plate gap, no grooves in basket and the plates look good. Maybe I'll just try my spare set of plates.

Anyway, after getting the holeshot, I threw it away and fell over on the slippery ruts. :crybaby: Video will come....

In your video you could really tell the front wheel was sliding but you just took it in stride. It was good to watch!

Looking forward to installation #2.

I'm trying to count the number of muscles that don't hurt today. I haven't used many digits. Allot of fun!

Great race, I had to look around to see if I was the only one that forgot to put my studded tires back on.. It was sure slimy out there, the kind of slimy I would assume landslides start from.. No real water puddles, but rather about 3" of ground that had no intention on staying connected to mother earth.

great videos guys. I was out deflagging the course this afternoon, and it is now completely dry and dusty. Thanks to all the riders who came out and tested themselves against the elements. :applause:

I buy consumable parts before I need them. Always have brake pads, clutch disks, etc ready to go. Don't you?
