Hey, thanks guys, appreciate the encouragement. Its been on the radar for the last couple of years and stars aligned this year so I'm gonna go. Its only two hours away from my hometown so might as well kill two birds with one stone and have a bit of a holiday.

Is there a Canadian team signed up for the trophy team event, or junior team? Now that Canadian have been exposed to the CECs for a few year I would think the results at six days would improve.

Rock933, no there is no Canadian Trophy Team. If we had two or three more people interested the organizers told me that we would have been entered as a Trophy. With only three of us, no chance. Fry can elaborate on the pros and cons of Trophy vs Club, but personally I'd rather race Club and not against multiple world champions which would stress me out to no end and either make me DNF or worse.

37, I'll be racing same bike I ride now, FE450. As for training, lots of long riding days and racing this year. I try to stay fit throughout the year for my other more cardio oriented hobbies so bike seat time is going to be my major focus. Will race the Idaho ISDE 2day Quali, west CECs and select CMA and CMRC races. Looking forward to it.

It is alot of work Mark, but worth every second of it!

Give me a call sometime and I can teach you the proper mousse tube changing technique.
