I removed cladoo and my post on this thread earlier today. I felt that Brian might not want this information public and so to protect his privacy I removed our posts.

Since then I visited him at the Foothills Hospital today. I told him that the forum users were asking about him and sending best wishes. He said that he was fine with posting about his condition.

He had surgery yesterday afternoon and now has a rod and screws in his right femur bone with no cast. He is in good spirits and expects to be released around the end of the week even though they haven't said when his departure date should be. He expects the bone to be about 12 weeks to set and doesn't expect to ride again this year. His leg is swollen from the hip to his toes.

It looks like he will make a full recovery but certainly he has gone through a lot in the last 2 1/2 days.

Best wishes Brian. We are thinking of you.
