Brent and I also had some navigating issues and ended up on the "B" loop on our second lap. Have no idea where I went off course....?

That was a blast, first loop 44km ish was flowy with some technical ridges and tight trees. 2nd loop 33km was very technical with some good climbs and even tighter trees and off cambers, a solid challenge. Also the rain, hail and lightning sure made the last 1/2 hour exciting... Props to the second gear club, they do a great job.
I am not sure why the results don't show any of the vetrans or novice group that completed both loops. cerealkiller did not finish but actually did podium... <I don't think he stayed to get his trophy>

I assumed I didn't finish that well when I turned back halfway through the second loop. That gnarly hill, the rain and the hail were too discouraging.
I'm not sure why you didn't beat me then Tim. Sounds like they just decided to use the first lap results.

Doesn't really matter, my goal was to complete the course safely and to have fun. So in my mind I came in first

Was it the big quad hill that you guys stopped at?
Also that easy way around the pro hill looked fun and relaxing...I think I burned about two hundred calories doing that hill though on the 150

Thats the one. By the time I got there my heart wasn't in it anymore. I gave it one try and then didn't want to miss my chance to be guided home.

Great video!
The Quad hill was a blast on the yz250 and goldentyre. The tubliss at 5PSI helped im sure. THat thing in the rain would have been gnar.
THanks for posting.

Yeah that hill was a rock/mudslide by the time I got to it!
Fun race! I really need to find the technique to get through the tight bar width trees more smooth/ efficiently!
