I think it is a good thing for Dobi, I don't think with the way he's been riding lately that KTM can keep up with rear fender manufacturing!

I have been crunching the numbers and at $94/fender, with each fender lasting less than one day worth of riding I am either going to have to quit riding, quit crashing or leave my wife for a KTM heirress.....

Anybody have an Austrian phrase book I can borrow??

Looks like we need to teach Dobi how to "sew" his fender and side panels back together.

Sewing the fenders, eh?? With the damage Dobi has been doling out to these new fenders he's gonna have to take a new husqvarna on the trails with him...as in a new husqvarna sewing machine!!!

As long as there aren't any pieces missing the plastic can be put back together. Drill small holes on each side of the break line and attach back together using either wire or tie wraps. It looks like frankenstein but it holds surprisingly well.

I am familiar with the "sewing" method of repairing and was able to salvage my 10 minute old fender and make it look a little tougher along the way. The previous fender had been stitched on two occasions before finally breaking off around the seat bolt hole.
