YaHaTinda Wildhorse

Post by erniebearskin »

Hi guys, does anyone know what the course is going to look like on Sept 14th. I guess I am wondering if it will be the same course we just raced or a different loop?

For those that missed this past Saturdays race it was a really fun, rooty, sloppy mess, some slick logs and some challenging hills. I raced the B loop which was only 8kM loop and very well flagged.

Well organized, thanks to everyone involved....lots of fun. :nworthy:

That was one greasy race course.
I'm guessing same loop or same loop run backwards.

I think I have it off..... Might have to cart my sluggish chubby carcass around it!

Missed the race  but went to Vegas

I have a fresh Trial's tire on the back of my 150, thoughts? Should I switch back to knobs for the 14th race?

If its same conditions I think a trials tire would be a nightmare. Lots of goop.

I don't think a race is the place to experiment with different bike setups, assuming you haven't run a trials tire before. Almost everyone says they suck in the muck and wet grass. If its a HS you could always do a tire change after the first loop back to knobbie. :)
