Which racing body are you concerned about?
I've never seen a helmet check at a CMRC race, but my understanding is that the CMA is stickier about having the proper certification.

Re: Forum style
Guess I like things traditional. I prefer the look of prosilver.
That said, I think the buttons in deluxe are easier to navagate on my iphone.

Re: 2014 350XCF build
I'm interested in your relay setup too. When required, I usually just duct tape an LED bicycle taillight to my 350 XCF's rear fender and a flashlight to the front. This year I'm thinking of upgrading to this headlight: http://www.cyclopsadventuresports.com/Penetrator-LED-600-series-Dirt-Bike-Headlig...

Re: CMA / SGC 2014 Race Schedule
The first off-road race I ever entered was near Rocky. It would be nice if it was the same area. Not sure where Marble Mountain is though... are there directions posted anywhere?

Re: Battery Charger
The charger you currently use may work. I think it depends on whether it is a "smart" charger that stops charging when your battery is full. Otherwise 2amps all winter would ruin your battery.

Re: New KTM rad fan kit out
I am having second thoughts... Not sure if this setup is going to fit with my Emperor Racing radiator braces. The first picture is a stock photo from the ER website, but the brace is simiar to mine... I'll double check when I get home, but just looking at the pictures on the website I'm thinking the...

Re: New KTM rad fan kit out
I put in a preorder a couple days ago. It's $160, plus ~$20 shipping. I think that's pretty reasonable since the dirt tricks version is $150. This seems nicer - not having to cut any hoses, an adjustable temperature switch, records the temps.
Trail Tech said it should be ready in a couple weeks.

Do linkage and pds shock springs interchange?
I found a cheap spring from a 2012 350 excf that is the spring rate I need. The EXCF has a PDS shock, my 350 xc-f is linkage. Just wondering if the spring would fit...

Yamaha Parts (a couple universal parts too).
I have a bunch of parts left over from my 2008 YZ450f. Lots of parts fit multiple models and years. Top-end kit for YZ450f. This was for a 2008, should fit 2006-2009 as well as 2007-2011 WR's (maybe newer as well, but I'm not sure). All Genuine Yamaha parts. $140 http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w...

You can probably guess where this is headed... http://i172.photobucket.com/albums/w37/m3conversion/IMG_1317_zps44471a38.jpg Round 2! I ordered a TM Designworks skid plate from the states when I bought my new bike, but in the interim I've been hesitant to go for a trail ride with my unprotected engin...

Re: Fork seals. My new bike already having problems...
That's an interesting thought. I don't have the tool, but I can try loosening the axel pinch bolts and pumping the forks at least. It's a 2012 BTW, would it already have SKF seals or is that only on the newer ones?
