Its been a couple decades, but back in the day had alot of experience with these on 500 2 strokes.For hillclimbing, deep mud, muskeg -which we aren't aloud to ride in these days, this tire ruled.Its not the best cornering tire however.When you go to mount this tire get it warm, very warm,good luck.

i did have the carb apart, the pilot jet is inside and seems to me that the gas goes from the bowl through the pilot to the egine, when i twist throttle the throttle pin lifts and opens the pilot jet more. correct? i will take it apart again, and make sure its clean, takes like 1 min to remove from...

Does that carb have any other external screw adjustments, a fuel screw or air screw.Check the manual, it may have something in there.

The main SRD officer for McLean is James Grier & he is a really nice guy.He is all in 100% with the RMDRA to see a completed designated single track trail system in McLean, he has alot of respect for the club.I've been working with him on this goal & he's been great, doing whatever he can to help us...

Check out Paul Newmeister kids program called "Little Roosters".A bunch of young kids getting together for an easy trail ride.I'm sure your son would enjoy it & other kids are riding the same bike as your son's. :canada:

You can get a replacement brake lever tip for your Honda from http://www.hdmoto.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they come solid or in a swivel model.Rogue can make you a custom clutch cover.

Bruce, one other thing to consider is engines run hotter with an auto clutch.
