Just so Iam clear, turn left at the pond and go in about 3 or 4 km and there is a grassy area on the left with an old road with a few kelly dikes on it? At the Maclean Camping Center turn left on the gravel road. Follow the road 5kms and the staging area is on your left side. You can not miss it. I...

Repacking silencers?

Does anyone have advice on removing the ?rivets? from the silencer to open it so i can clean and repack it?
Do you just drill it out?
And re rivet it?
Do any of you guys want to do it for a few wobllies? :D

Thanks all for the advice. ToddW (KTM) is doing me a HUGE favor thru his friend that specializes in welding these pipes. i will get it welded and see if that does the job. He is very good at welding this type of material so it should work. As for the pipe guard? Got it and it has been worn and chunk...
