Re: Sundre/Caroline

So did you get to check out Sundre or Caroline?
I always wanted to find some riding there. I used to work oilfield all through those areas.

Re: Shale Shaker

anyone have a GPS track of the course? Hare Scramble and X-Country?

I couldn't go this year but I'd like to go ride some of the terrain.

Re: Coulee Springs HS this weekend

I'd like to see the total elapsed time on the instant scoreboard as well.
I totally thought that I had another 30 minutes when they said we were done.
Guess I should have started the timer on my bike.

Re: Fallen Timber Master Plan

I probably can't make Saturday (or heli day tomorrow) but I'm happy to help out through the summer. I used to be a surveyor so I'm pretty handy with the GPS and chainsaw.

Pumped to help getting some more trails on the go.

Re: Chain saw tech

Don't constantly rev and release the gas while cutting branches or alders. It makes it easier to throw the chain. Rev it up, make your cut, release

Re: Broken leg during winter - recovery time, advice...

Don't forget to talk to Spinalguy on the forum here about some cold laser therapy.
It has helped me with a knee in the past, and got me back from a torn achilles in record time two years ago. Torn achilles in May/June, playing beach volleyball in mexico by fall.

5x30mm shock spring collar bolt

Both calgary shops don't have this bolt in stock. Is there anything special about it that a bolt supply shop one won't be able to handle?

or, anyone have an extra bolt to secure the shock spring collar on an 08 KTM 530 EXC?

thanks
Mark
