I rode all winter last year on a fuel injected bike and freezing wasn't an issue, know that I am on a 2-stroke is a carb heater required? I usually won't go out below -10. not "required", but it certainly helps the bike run better. I think most that winter ride on the 2T bikes have had issues with ...

Almost always I end up over dressing and over heating my body. You need some good layers like you would for skiing. Key is to block the wind. I personally dont run grip heaters...I find them a PITA more than anything. I run the ear muff things when it gets really cold, like -15C just to block the wi...

Another sweet day. Actually a bit dusty? Crazy, but conditions are perfect on rubber. I think Fernie got a bit of snow, but nothing south of Elko.

I have the 2012 500. 1. its a dirt bike with a license plate not a dual sport. 2. it rides in between a 2 stroke and a 4. not as heavy as everyone thinks but if all you ride is super tight single track maybe a 300 is a better choice. 3. no mechanical issues i have 1000 + km of single track on it th...
