Hey all,
i have a neighbour that is 14 yrs old with no liscence. He has a 125 motocross bike with working head and tail lights.
He does not have it registered, plated or insured.
What does he or his Dad have to do to legally allow him to ride with me at Maclean???
Thanks
Tom
