Use a good retaing compound, loctite, the green stuff, freeze the bearing and heat the case. Replacement will usually drop right in with a few light taps.

I if you are racing, better start hydrating now, also be sure you camelback is in good working condition. If you don’t know how much water you need on the course you should consider atleast 3L. I can check tonight, maybe I looked my 5-40w T6 and made the assumption 0-40w T6 meets the same specs.

What scott350 said. You can gear to low and mess up how the primary and secondary gearing system work together.

Rotella t6 meets Jaso spec. I have run it in 2t and 4t with good results iand it’s cheap enough I can change every 3 rides. I buy it in 20l pails and use it in all my gas and Diesel engines. Glover international use to carry a good supply

Jetting and clutch slippage are significant contributing factors, deal with those first. Rad caps help prevent boiling but your bike is not running cooler.
