Shoei VFX-EVO Helmet

This is an almost new Shoei VFX-EVO helmet with MEDS technology (Similar to MIPS). Similar low speed impact technology as a Klim or 6D or Bell Flex helmet. It has been worn 3 times, but doesn't fit well so decided to sell it. Included are additional liner and cheek pad sizes to adjust fit. All as se...

Re: Cheap Grip Heaters

I think it was a full wave rectifier from memory, see:

I've got the voltage and amps listed in that above post as well.

Re: Cheap Grip Heaters

Made a mistake in my previous post, I'm running off the yellow wire which I also added a rectifier to to convert to DC for my LED light. I'm wondering if there is an issue with these grip heaters, as I know I have plenty of power and my headlight lights up. I may have some time to look into it tonig...

Re: Cheap Grip Heaters

Resurrecting an old thread as my hands froze Sunday. I have the tusk/cheap style ones and found they barely worked. Are people wiring these direct to battery? Or the yellow AC wire on the KTM? I'm running through a rectifier off the white regulated wire and they sure didn't warm up unless I rev'd th...

There's the maps. No really change from last year I'm guessing. It will likely be difficult to reopen trails.

Looks like skotay was bumped off on the final one I got in email, maybe he had a repeat week which he never picked that didn't count?

Re: 2019 Supercross Pool

I've got no clue how to do good in RMFantasy, base guesses on averages I guess? I did sludge this year in pulp, winged it from the beginning and accidently missed a round due to company. I did get 41st or so one race, but that was the highlight. No prizes like last year. Meanwhile last round was the...

Re: 2018 TX300 questions

I rode yesterday at Wild Rose with all the mods, bike ran great with the Mikuni. I know woods riding is a bit different, but I think all of those mods were another step forward from already dialed in jetting.

Re: 2018 TX300 questions

There have been fixes discovered to make the Mikuni just as good as the Keihin. I wouldn't waste your money if you intend to buy a new carb. Filing the slide and installing a jet block gasket kit form Cometic/JD Jetting seem to cure all the issues. There's also a few other mods Graham Jarvis' mechan...

Re: Gear Bag opinions

Agree with 350Scott, I had a 9900 which was great, but unfortunately the zippers all wore out. The 9800 they sent as a replacement (lifetime warranty) has been holding up better in that respect, but the 9900 was definitely a better bag for pockets and organization.
