I pay $187 to Meloche which includes fire/theft. I recently bought a 1993 Yamaha pw50 (planning on getting my 6 & 9 year old daughters riding) and asked Meloche what the rate would be. They told me that because it's a mini bke, it's not classified for adults. So being a kids only bike, the liability...

You need to make sure your vehichle can handle the weight. Mine is on a Ford Exploder, and it really loads the rear springs. If you're looking for a long term solution, consider air bags.
