Re: Clever Lever?
I can't find it in the manual. So sorry. But I found a reference to the adjustment on Chris Birch's FB page. He explains what it does. Just note that the X Y Z are now I II III on the new bikes.

Re: Clever Lever?
Well, you are welcome to try my lever but I don't use it because I have adjusted the clutch on the inside. Your manual explains how to do it. Makes the lever really easy to pull and changes the engagement feel as well.

Re: Clever Lever?
I'm not familiar with the 2013 200 clutch. Do you have the Brembo or Magura master cylinder? I have a Mountain Engineering "Klever" lever for Brembo that you are welcome to try out if you like.

Thanks for the reminder. What a one sided survey with crazy ideas. We are being discriminated against folks.

Re: Penny Tech silencer repack
I"ve used the regular type pink batt insulation with success in the past. The FMF packing material is really cheap though (for a motorcycle part).
I've gotten fond of the pink stringy stuff from FMF.

The comment I heard from someone who was there Saturday was, "You'd need a snow plow to park your trailer there".

I got mine from Cycleworks Calgary. They had them in stock a few weeks ago. And they always give the RMDRA discount to all club members.

Re: Ktm 250 xcw head mod
The SX head is one of the cheapest upgrades. I would check with cycleworks on this forum to price it for you. It may not be worth doing the ebay thing. I put one on my 2007 250 XCW and all the 250 XC's that I've had. Drain coolant, remove the cooling host, remove the head, install the head, torque b...

Re: 2T skidplates w/integrated pipe guard
I've used both. I'm currently using the Emporer Racing unit on my 2018 250 XC. I like it. It really protects the pipe, unlike the Hyde. The Hyde plate bends and you end up with a pipe with a kink in the neck. And it fills up with mud under the engine and around the pipe on the trail. Difficult to cl...

Re: Ktm 250 xcw head mod
I've always just used a KTM SX head because the compression is so low here at 5,000+ ASL.
I am intrigued by the RKTek head as well but haven't been willing to deal with getting the part from the US.

Re: Tow Hauler Garage Set Up
I have e track and I keep it clean with one of these : http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/worx-20v-sweeper-0603046p.html#srp It is an indispensable toy hauler tool - I blow the garage out every time I unload. We use three chocks and one bike sideways at the back, but we only have a 9' garage. There ...
