Re: Nuun Hydration Tablets

The problem I have with all these supplements is that you feel like a lab rat trying someones scientific experment. I think the less chemicals you put in your body the better off you are. You should stick to good stuff to hydrate your body like beer and coffee. :D

Re: Radiant vs Forced Air Garage Heater

Under your work bench? Hang it from the ceiling. Radiant takes up more space but it is way nicer heat because it warms the objects not the air. Also because the flame is at a really high spot there is less chance of gas fumes catching on fire.

Re: Ramps?

The Quad ramps that unfold to go right across your trucks entire tailgate are the ticket. Liquidation outfits have these pretty cheap.

Re: traded my custom Victory for a KTM...

Careful with that 950 you can do crazy speeds and not realize it till you look at the speedometer. You will be very surprized at how good of dirt bike it is, just a really big, powerful and heavy dirt bike.
Have fun.

Re: Crowsnest XC

Mtnblue, no need to wallow in selfpity, sometimes (very rarely) a little self preservation alarm goes off in our heads.... At our age we can't afford to ignore it. I did once and had eight months off work, I swore I wouldn't ignore the alarm ever again. For me the alarm started ringing when I looke...

Re: Crowsnest XC

Thanks to Dave French and crew, I rode some stuff that I wouldn't even think about on my own. Riding down a waterfall and going down the University Dr. are a few that come to mind. Thank you to Jill Bolso who helped out when I made a poor line choice and thank you to all the sweepers that braved the...

The way it's written I took it as a (trophy and a tee shirt)to all finishers but your take is more likely.

Re: Crowsnest XC

Snow should make it even more challenging. The poster is up at the ADRA site. I see that they are giving trophies to all finishers. That sends a message right there.
