Re: McLean conditions

We have never ridden Westhills,Muskeg Creek,or Barwell Mountain.....anyone offer insight into those trails? McLean is very wet right now, I would not ride Westhills, if you do ride it bring a space blanket and a McMuffin and gather your firewood before it gets dark. I would avoid Muskeg, Dyla...

2019 club maps

New club maps are finished. This is the club's 4th printing of these. The background color and few other color tweaks have been changed to make the trail names, contour lines and harvested cut blocks show up better in low light conditions. Still printed on synthetic stock which is water and rip proo...

Re: KTM/Husky carbon fiber master cylinder guards

Update on these. I was able to source the Brembo decals like on the Factory bikes, after applying the decals a clear Endura coat was sprayed over the entire guards.

Re: Grizzly Trail Logging

In order for SLS to operate in McLean they have to preserve any designated trails. So the answer to all of your listed trails is they will be preserved with the exception of Outlaw & That 70's Trail. I am waiting for a reply from Takethebounce in regards to the ribbon he has referenced because acco...

Re: Grizzly Trail Logging

Things are happening fast out there so I'm just hoping for some clarification: Horizon South is - gone or preserved? Horizon North is - gone or preserved? Swany's is getting logged but the trail is going to be preserved? Jonny 2 Skidoos is going to be gone? Outlaw and That 70's are going to be - go...

Re: Grizzly Trail Logging

I have an email into our contacts at Spray Lakes Sawmills. Originally Swany's was not supposed to be harvested until 2020/2021. We have two width controls on Swany's which has worked very well in keeping quads out, we have asked SLS to install width control after harvest. If nothing has changed from...

Re: YZ125 Jetting Specs for MacLean Creek

If the JD kit did not work he may want to check the Jet Block gasket and float needle insert o-ring. Hit has been a nightmare for some KTM/Husky owners with Mikuni's, my son's 150 being one of them.

Re: Countershaft

That could go either way, the positive is that bearing runs in oil. Change your oil into a strainer/cheese cloth and check for the plastic in the bearing. After every ride grab the front sprocket and move the shaft up and down, once you start getting a little play install a new bearing.
