Re: New spark plug fitting on KTM 350 xcfw

loosen the plug until there are just a few threads holding it in, get a piece of hose that fits over the poracelin end of the plug to unsrew it the rest of the way and fish it out with the hose. The hose can also be used to start the plug in the threads. Havent tried this on a KTM but use the same a...

Re: Chain Saw recommendations?

Poulins and echo are throw away saws. They work great, but you may struggle to find parts. Get a consumer grade sthil or husky, maybe you pay a few more dollars upfront but atleast there are parts readly available. The key is a properly sharpened chain, it will reduced wear on you and extend the li...

They use alot of the historic single track and quad trails for managing thier cattle on quads and horse back. They seem to like having passable trails. I believe its one fellow on the wes...

Re: Do you Rekluse?

If you have a KTM 4T (not a SXF) that flames out and 4cs forks that ride like a stiff board. Use $350 of the cash for a rekluse and install compression adj on the bottom of your forks and turn up the idle to atleast 1400rpm. No you have one of the best working 4T machines you can buy. Re: Battery Life/Maintenance

If you ride you bike once a week it should be fine unless you use the starter alot, like a couple of times every 10min of riding. Learn to stop where you can easily bump start your bike to save wear and tear on your battery and starter. Lead Acid batteries when not maintained or left in a low charge...

Re: Kooc closures

What a disappointment. With these closures, the castle closures, and now word of an MLA wanting to shut down a bunch of riding in the Ghost/Waiparous area, it seems like one can almost see the end of the great trail riding we have at our fingertips here in Calgary. Which local MLA are you referring...
