Re: The use of knee braces and injury prevention
The CTI's don't have anything covering the knee cap I would be concerned about that.

I like the idea of a machete on one side and a saw on the other.

What a sport, doing something were there is a 95% chance that you are going to crash. It's cool to see the 500 2 smokes.

The I pods by Fox are very comfortable and reasonably priced. If you can get a prescription from you doctor insurance may cover them.

Re: 300xc vs 350xcf
The 350 has the linkage suspension. I don't know if that is a good thing on a bush bike it might get caught up climbing over logs.
A lot of it depends on if you prefer the 2 stroke or 4 stroke.

Re: Riding in Lethbridge area?
The Coulees are really fun places to ride when you don't want to go all the way to Porkies or Race Horse. I did the CMA race at Beirs(sp) and though it was a really neat place to ride totally different then what I'm used to.

Re: where to get a top end redon?
You can get a piston at the nearest Yamaha dealer. Replacing a piston is pretty basic on a two stroke if you can find someone that has done it before to give you a hand the first time would help out a lot. Yamaha manuals are really good. You might finds videos on line showing how to do it.

Re: Supercross 2011...who are you picking?
Dungey looked slow compared to JS, and RV but you never know he might end up taking it over the course of the season. His consistency is his greatest strength.
