Re: Trailer vs Toy Hauler
Towing: With a properly set up hitch and brake controller, I towed it no problem, even in windy conditions. One of the benefits/drawbacks of this set up is the very high hitch weight. Benefit=this adds a lot of load to the truck, effectively increasing it's weight and stopping the trailer from push...

Re: Trailer vs Toy Hauler
If you really want some good input reach out to Robert (RJHenry) and I'm certain he will regale you with stories. He's done alot of pulling a smaller toyhauler with 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes using a F150. I believe his trailer is/was a Hyperlite XLR 27HFS. All true. First, we pulled a 7700 lb ...

I have the klim roller and it rocks. I prefer it greatly to the 9800 I had for a while and sold.

Re: KTM Springs and Misc Parts
That 54-260 will fit and I would expect be about the right stiffness. Can you run the old style 260 springs on the newer shocks? I thought they had to be the 247 style. Jer510, in the 247 series you would need a 48-247 or 50-247 at 225 lbs. I have seen the 54, 57, and 60 N/mm (all the 260 length) i...

Re: Transmission Oil 200xc
I checked when in the garage last night, and the 0w40 is not JASO rated. The question is... does it matter? I also assumed it was ok based on the 5w40, so I ran one jug of 0w40 through a winter. I didn't have any clutch trouble, which I assumed was where the trouble would show up. What else does JA...

Re: Transmission Oil 200xc
That is a good idea - not JASO rated, but would work great in the gearbox. Any clutch trouble?axel99 wrote:Rotella t6 0-40w.
