I split the struts on my Ram half ton far enough to get a 2" leveling spacer in with the Princess Auto one. Easy to use but you do want to respect what can happen.. I think it was $40 dollars on sale.

My $0.02 is that it would be very important to keep the gas fresh. Modern gasolines only last about 3 weeks in a plastic jerry can, and gas tanks which are vented to atmosphere are horrible places to store fuel. Fords are quirky. They use High pressure oil to fire the injectors, which is great cause if you lose oil pressure, the motor will stop. But if you don't keep it full and clean, starting gets to be a bi... er, tough

I've got a 6.7l Cummins, and I love it. After deleting the BS like DPF and EGR, it gets between 17 and 20 mpg with 6" lift and 35" tires (and 1or 2 other tricks). I drove Chevy for years, but if you need to be convinced what to buy, just go to any diesel shop and ask what an average repair bill is. ...
