My bike is making the same noise. What is the bearing called. I'll Order one it takes Forever to get anything so it will be a waiting game. Which bearing that it ended up being would be great if you could tell me. Thanks in advance. Post is over 6 years old. The OP may not be checking this for repl...

Re: Here's how you can make a real difference for OHV recreation in Alberta
Nice! I did just that in my riding and found that 1 candidate was clueless and the other was well versed on OHV issues and wasn't pleased with what has been going on with the NDP. I voted at the nomination vote a month or two ago and he got in. I'm looking forward to vote for him again in the provin...

Re: AER48 Oil Level
Wow, those numbers are very odd. 115psi and 180ml oil in there? FYI I'm 165lbs and run 128-131lbs and 195ml oil and my forks are very soft but I don't bottom.....often. Are you sure that the forks are not binding? (The adjustment where you clamp the forks to the axle). I do find that the bottom of t...

Re: AER48 Oil Level
Just filled with 195ml instead of 200ml. I thought the air bleed holes were for air.
I disassemble and also clean and inspect the fork seals before refilling. Otherwise, my experience is that it leaks the week after because of dirt in the seal.

Re: AER48 Oil Level
I find the AER 48 very sensitive to oil height change.
Stock is 200ml and I'm happy with 195ml running air pressure lower than stock.

Re: Sellar Beware story UPDATE
Well that's good news. It sounded more like a bank issue than fraud. I'm glad it worked out for you.Wangchung wrote:Funds were released and it only took 2+ weeks get my money.
E-transfer with the buyer and seller at the teller worked great for me. Thanks for your post, it made me more cautious.

I love my stock XC suspension even more now. But I'm not able to keep up to Dobi and his fancy suspension.Dobi wrote:Forks with most tuners will be around $1k plus $500 for a shock. Springs are extra.Lumberjack99 wrote:Was it expensive , like what’s a ball park price for getting it done ?

Re: Sellar Beware story
Thanks for the post. I just did a transaction and your post helped me to be more forceful about what I needed. I ended up going to the bank with the buyer and with both of us at the teller, they transferred the money electronically into my account. No hold. Luckily we both used the same bank. :thumb...

Re: Mclean Grizzly Trail
The Grizzly trail is not supposed to go straight up the hill. It is not sustainable. Please ride the trail with the climbing turns that goes to the North of that line and help promote that line to your riding buddies. To All: McLean is the only real legal single-track trail system in Alberta right n...
