Re: 2018 Supercross

That was so bad. I guess I know which one is my drop week. week5.jpg I don't know if this could have gone worse: 250 Pettis qualified so well, I just couldn't resist. Crashed both times he was on the track. Didn't make the main. Leib looked good, qualified well - also not in the main. I pick...

Re: Anyone tried prescription goggle inserts?

I wondered about that. I was thinking of buying one of these at the same time to help: http://www.habervision.com/Haber-EliminatorPlus-No-Fog-System_p_138.html http://www.habervision.com/assets/images/product/accessories/12013.jpg Also, I think I would stick with contacts for trail rides. Be weird t...

Anyone tried prescription goggle inserts?

Just curious if anyone has tried a prescription goggle insert. Can't seem to find a lot of info online. I use contacts now, which work pretty good. I've had them dry out and pop out of my eye, but it's a rare occurrence. Just contemplating having a backup option - or a goggle I can just throw on whe...

Re: 2018 Supercross

I stumbled. Picked McElrath to lead the first lap (he was second, and then led the second lap :crybaby:).

Re: MX Formula Goggles

My guess is that company sourced a bulk order of goggles from China based on an existing design and bought some views on Facebook using analytics saying who likes dirt biking. Nothing wrong with that though - they must've worked with a manufacturer to get custom foam done. The product might actually...

Re: Acerbis X seat Gen 1 brace plate weight loss

Nice work  Looks factory to me.

I've got the second gen version - it's still crazy grippy. Compression shorts are not optional. If I haven't ridden in awhile, the day after a ride with the X-seat isn't pretty.

...and January 31 is the cut-off to retain your 2017 #'s. FYI, even though no one is running it on MotoTally, apparently they won't assign you the #1. :smirk: There's a video with Steven Foord in the post where I found the schedule. I just watched it and realized it features some of my helmet cam f...

Nice. I didn't know that. Must've missed an announcement or something.

Re: 2018 Supercross

...spreadsheeting my picks and calculating based on qualifying order and handicap. Oh no, that's been my strategy! I think it's a tough game since the guys I listen to for advice on the best picks are the same ones setting the handicap. I gave up trying to outsmart them and thought I would just com...
