Last year they allowed screws. Some used them. Some didn't. I didn't but wish that I had.

I think a few ice screws would be a good idea for the West Sharpless race. I know I could have used a few last year with the one ice downhill.

I figure maybe a screw every 3 knobs might be just a bit of traction on the ice without making it too slippery on the rock.

Any suggestions?

I was out riding here on the weekend. It's not too bad. There was some freshie on Boomorang and Brown Shirt but it looks like quite a bit of wind in the past. Some open areas are windswept and bare. For the most part it was fun and it was well covered except in a few areas. Seems like early December...

I was looking at their web site. It sort of looked like you buy the pegs and then the adapter/mounting kit. So the pegs are all the same but the adapter kit was different.

Do they have a part number so I can reference them on the fastway web site?
