Your bike has open cartridge forks. No damper rod holding tool needed. You do need an oil level tool or just a syringe, piece of tube and some tape to set the oil height (air gap). I bought a 2010 ktm 200 xcw. I have a few questions... - It has Tubliss tires. Apparently the inner tube is suppose to be kept at 80psi or higher, but reading around the net and speaking with the current owner, people are keeping the carcass at 8 - 10 psi. What bike do you have? A 250? The 250 designation is the length of the spring in mm.

They are open chamber forks for sure. Have you tried cleaning the seal? I have had good luck with doing this with a seal mate or something similar. If you want I can lend you the seal mate, cap wrench and oil level tool, I don't have a seal driver though. Send me a PM
