Re: Countershaft
That could go either way, the positive is that bearing runs in oil. Change your oil into a strainer/cheese cloth and check for the plastic in the bearing. After every ride grab the front sprocket and move the shaft up and down, once you start getting a little play install a new bearing.

Re: Kooc Troof
Changes at the 3 Dorr campsites along the lake edge. These are 14 km in off the hyw 93. I have camped at the 2nd campsite - Dorr north beach every year since 1984. A group of us planned to camp their 1 week prior to the May long weekend. A couple of us got set up then the camp host came in and said ...

Re: Kooc Troof
The Koocanusa Recreation.ca group is heading up Stage 2 of the Dorr Road Rec area. The Ranchers are calling the shots on several initiatives with backing from Enviro groups and BC Forestry. Kooc Rec hired a bunch of mountain bikers out of Fernie to install signs, decommission trails and sign a desig...

Re: Best Fuel
Shell Gold use to be the fuel of choice until they came out with the Nitro blend, seemed like alot of issue's with 2 strokes. http://forums.rmdra.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11404&hilit=Shell+nitro+fuel It maybe fine in your 4 stroke but I stopped purchasing Shell because I need fuel for 2 and 4 stroke....

Okay, now that Kenny is in, how do we ensure this plan moves forward? The AOHVA has been working very closely with the UPC for the last couple of years. The AOHVA could not even get a phone call returned from the NDP Gov., so they put all their eggs in one basket so too speak in hoping the UPC would...

Re: 2018 TX300 questions
I tried the "fixes " for the stock mikuni carb after running a 36mm keihin with a jd kit. The mikuni was ok but the mid range had a rough spot I couldn't get rid of. Elevation 3,000 to 5,000 feet for the winter. But will go up to 9,000+ feet in the summer. the keihin was hands down better and very ...

Re: UCP pitches $30 permit fees for trail users if elected
Is $30 enough? I kinda like what they have done at Bear Creek in Kelowna. I believe it's $75 for a season pass or $15/day for day use. I'm not trying to reach into everyone's wallet but Bear Creek seems pretty well run if you ask me. In any case, me and my buds would gladly pay to keep riding areas...

Re: UCP pitches $30 permit fees for trail users if elected
$30.00 trail fee would be great, its something we have been asking for for a very long time.
More singletrack, funds to maintain current trails and would eliminate some of the problem users that give the majority of users a bad name.
