Unfortunately I don't have much time to volunteer in the way of organizing it, but would definitely show up and race it!

Re: I got great service (cycle works Edmonton)
Stuff like that is great to hear. I've had a similar experience with Rocky Mountain Yamaha in Pincher Creek. Day before a XC I bent/broke my chain guard, noone had one in stock, so they took one off a new bike and sold it to me to get me through the weekend. Was much appreciated and anything I can b...

Re: Man Made Obstacles in H/S and X/C racing
I voted for make it hard, as I always enjoy the challenge and am willing to try anything that I face at a race in hopes of being the best rider I can be. That said, an easy out (longer route) and hard route (faster) wouldn't hurt either. I wouldn't expect a beginner rider to have to hit the tire wal...

Re: Kook conditions...
Hi. We're heading there on Sunday. We've never been to Kook before though. Where is the staging area? I didn't find directions or a map while searching around. Also, from a 2010 thread there seemed to be some issues regarding appropriate access. It seems the current situation is that you can ride e...

Re: AMA Pro Enduro Setups
Height issue? Well, I use to think that until I talked with BigDog. He like his just fine. To clarify, it is clear that most people prefer the KTM (based on Sales). However, I don't know of anyone who has purchased a modern (say post 2008) Gasgas and then went back to a KTM. I am sure these people ...

Re: rear suspension noices
Grease/replace (if necessary) the rear shock linkage/lower shock/swingarm bearings. The need frequent care due to all the mud and water that gets into them.
