Re: Porcupine hills

Only been there once this year.
Trails are all rideable.
Some have alot of blow down....
"Legal" trails aren't exactly easy to follow.
And to be honest I bet alot of people are riding wherever :)

Re: McLean conditions

Thought we were on the trail but from what I remember we followed singletrack in open for a bit then it cut back into trees,that...

Re: Porcupine hills

None of the legal trails are difficult IMO.
You will find them flowy and in alot of cases more open than Mclean singletrack.
Not as beaten up either.
There are no mud holes or quad traps to worry about either

Re: KTM 790 Adventure

Honda were idiots in not making the XRR a strret legal bike Add e start and street legal bits.... They would have sold truck loads... If the KTM 790 is around 400lbs I'd be interested....anything above 450lbs and its too close to bother switching. I've got my 1190 pretty much the way I want it...but...

Re: Off road helmets??

Light weight is fairly important due to some lingering neck issues.....less weight the better.
If I pay more I pay more....
Leatt brace may be in future as well

Off road helmets??

I'm in the market for a new off road helmet. Light weight is one of the key things I want.... Price.....under $500 Wondering what is everyones favorite helmet. And what is the lightest helmet available locally that a person can try on. Yeah I'll hit Blackfoot next time I'm in Cowtown but would like ...

Re: 2 wheel riding suggestions -Blairmore/Coleman

Single track around Blairmore is a bit tricky to find....I've found some myself but only piece together lots when riding with a local. Head north to Racehorse area if you want Singletrack. Personally I'd take the DS bikes and wander the area. Million quad trails everywhere and having a DS makes it g...
