I like the power bands of the 250's as well. There is a noticable difference with a 300. The 300 is much easier to climb hills, using much less effort and concentration. I do miss the 250 power band, and if I ever wanted a 250 (MX) power band bike again I would go back to the YZ before any other bike.

All Im saying if you have the money to spend, go for it, if you dont your likely to be fine. And those rad can be found cheaper used and some can be repaired.

Unless you ride like a mad man, I think rad guards are kinda a waste. Yes unexpected things can happen, but if your carefull you should be ok. But if you have the money to burn then go for it. Them WR's are very top heavy, adding more wieght to the top should be reviewed if the pieces are not alumin...
