Ive got no issues with the fee as long as it keeps riding areas open with potential of new trails

Thats good news trailguy, glad they are willing to work with you to keep our trails ride-able instead of taking the 3 years to reclaim.

Yeah that sucks. Hopefully the logging company will make the road crossable at least in sections.

Re: Logging behind Swany's Ridge

My wife and i tried to do this trail and could kinda follow it along the logging road, Seems like it was a pretty sweet trail. if anything needs to be done let me know and I'm there to help. I also just picked up a sweet compact dewalt chainsaw for clearing some logs/debris if needed. :smirk:

Re: McLean Forest Fire

I was camped on fish east all weekend. No rain no storms. Clear all night. So I highly doubt t-storm but who knows. They never evaced us or kicked us out. We're there till 530 yesterday. We couldnt have gotten back in if we tried. Rcmp at staging and CO at gravel road entrance turning everyone aroun...

Re: McLean Opener?

Everything to the west is still under lots of snow and ice. 2 skidoos and elbow lookout entrances look promising but as soon as you get in its snow, ice and very wet, we did not venture in. pecker poles is under tons of snow and doesn't look like it has been logged but hard to say. More adventuring ...
