Is it a big deal if you are not running the correct coloured numbers / backgrounds?

I am sure the guy on the pumpkin that could not start it would be interested in selling.

I have been trying to get insurance for my bike but alot of the insurance dealers will not sell me any because I do not have a motorcycle license. Have any of you had this same problem??
