bleeding breaks

Does anyone know of any tips or tricks for bleeding breaks. I have a 2011 KTM 350 xcf with 28 hours on it. The leaver started to feel spongy towards the end of last year. I've done the normal way and a back bleed. I'm using DOT4 fluid. thanks for any help in advance.

Hello everyone. being that my bike decided to catch fire on me, ending my riding season two months early. I'm looking to extend my riding in to the winter. big horn dam

I'm trying to find out whats going on in the Big Horn Dam riding area. The Alberta government is saying the trails are closed because its too "WET". I'm not buying it...there is a fire ban on and a "major"(350 hectors) forest fire burning 35 km's away. I am a responsible rider and I respect the land...

Re: XC or XC-W, what's up??

I was in your shoes last year.I was lucky, I have about four friends all with different makes of KTM's so I got a chance to ride all of them 300 xc/xc-w,400 xcw and a 250 xc. all from 08-11. I come from a motocross back ground so I was used to something with some hit ( YZ 250 F). when I tried all of...

Re: a few ?

Thanks everyone for the input. I cant wait to join and get out for some rides. The money is not the problem at all. The fact is i got the XC because it has no light. The bike is setup the way i want it and i don't want to change it.

Re: a few ?

thanks for the replies. does any one use bar mounted lights like you would find on a peddle bike? the fact is i have looked in to these lights and i am not looking for something permanent. i do all of my riding during the day and the odd time i get caught at night i use a head lamp.

Re: a few ?

I am going to have issues with that being as my bike is an XC model it does not have the plug and play connectors as most KTM's. I already put a fan on so I don't want to hookup more load to my stator. Does anyone know of any other ways to add lights/a battery source so i can ride with the club. Cha...
