Re: BEWARE!! Don't open hood to strangers.
His name came up on the CR500 Riders forum a year or so ago. He had ripped off one of the guys on there with respect to parts sales. A real shady character and someone to stay away from. He also came up on thumper talk http://www.thumpertalk.com/topic/1015009-scam-be-warned-he-almost-got-me/" onclic...

Re: Tire Installation
I find it pretty easy to do using irons but have wanted to try this method. Looks pretty easy. On second thought, I guess you'd have to line up the valve stem and rimlocks somehow as it looks like he's doing it with a tubeless tire. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tI01yB8clSM" onclick="window.open(t...
Re: Tires
I've heard a lot of good things about the Mitas Stone Eater from friends of mine who race and ride in Vernon in similar conditions to Maclean. I just put one on, but haven't tried it out yet.

Re: Getting back into it
Welcome aboard Rob. The 125 might not be the best trail bike due to the narrow powerband, but there are those that do very well on them with practice. You'll want to do some research on lighting required etc. Anyway, you'll find plenty of help on this forum.
