Re: Trailer Advice
Make sure everything works before you buy it. Also watch for water damage. If the seals the on the roof, windows are leaking it can make a mess. Rotten walls, rotten floor, etc. watch for delamination on the older hard wall trailers. if you buy in the winter make sure it was winterized properly. Lot...

Re: Register a 50cc?
I recently inquired about the same thing. Here is a link that defines vehicle requirements: http://www.transportation.alberta.ca/Content/docType41/Production/small_vehicle_booklet_final.pdf It felt it would be classified as a minitature vehicle(substandard size) and would not require insurance or re...

Gas Tank repairs
I am expanding my tool kit for on the trail repairs. What does everyone use for gas tank repairs?
I have heard of a product called seal-all from Cdn Tire that is suppose to work well.
Any thoughts?

Re: Rad Repair - Brazing
Results are not good. The propane torch just did not heat the metal enough. I believe an acetylene torch is needed and I do not have one. I think the way a rad is built, it spreads out the heat too fast for a propane torch. On the advise of my neighbor (who is a mechanic), I used a product called ST...

Jared,
I am having trouble finding the proper rod. Where did you get your supplies?
Help me get up and running so I can come to your ride on Wednesday.

I am not diss'in Scorpion, I installed them myslef and this was probably the cause. :banghead: As a do-it-yourself kind of guy, I am going to try to br...

Hello All, Just wanted to say hi to everyone. I just learned about the RMDRA and your guided rides. I used to ride, but given a lack of people to go with, I sold my bike and started golfing Wednesday nights. Well after attending a meeting, I bought an '08 WR450 and it looks the golf clubs may be col...
