Re: Acceleraor pump issue
I think I have a plug (KTM leak jets are often plugged) for the leak jet you could use. I just gotta find the little sucker.

Re: Acceleraor pump issue
I was over to physically look at this and it surely is not spraying fuel properly. The spray was not noticeable to me when twisting the throttle really quick and looking directly in the carb intake. Basically it is most definitely not spraying properly. My first guess is it is not getting fuel into ...

Re: WHERE TO GET TUNED UP?
If you ever want to know how to do maintenance on a 250x feel free to PM me (I might even come over to help). I was like you a few years back, new to the sport, etc... and was paying for all service work. Once I started doing the work myself I came to realize it's not that hard. The main things to k...

Re: WHERE TO GET TUNED UP?
Do you have the stock accelerator pump? If so put it back on. The 250x's come from the factory with a good accelerator pump, float bowl and diaphragm setup. Stock Jetting is probably great for here as well as they are a little lean at sea level and just right here. Pay attention to club meetings as ...

Re: garage floor coating
The other option, which I have been considering is using a garage tile. Note, if you use quality tiles it is no cheaper than epoxy.

Re: Husqvarna Canada Announces New Off-Road Race Team
Does this mean we should see barely used YZ450 for sale soon? Congrats on the new deal Marty, it's good to see the manufacturers realizing the talent coming from Western Canada.

Re: GPS Shopping
If you don't want to worry about the batteries and the GPS can be powered by USB you can add one of these to your bike to power the GPS from the bike. I've added one to both my street and dirt bikes, works great. http://cgi.ebay.ca/Garmin-Nuvi-Hardwire-Cable-Mini-USB-connector-GA-NHWC_W0QQitemZ33038...

Re: GPS Shopping
As indicated above the two best choices are probably the Vista HCx and the 60CSx. The 60CSx is bigger (+bigger screen), has a somewhat better antenna (+ability to add external antenna) and is more expensive. I also think the Vista is mounts better (I have a Vista). They both will work for your needs...

Any of the dealers in town (obviously) particularly the ones that support RMDRA (most of them). A quick place to start would be http://www.BlackfootDirect.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. They usually have things in stock and you can just pick up at their store/warehouse.

Re: RMX450
I don't think any of us think our bike is the best...with more money it can always be better...someone always has more money than you (Editors note: money<>greatness, more money<>better). I'm pretty certain someone like Taddy could whip most people on a 1992 DR350. As for changes to the RMX, make it...
