If the o-ring on the float needle seat is shot it can let fuel in the bowl around the seat as well, causing it to flood. If the float isn't stopping the fuel flow just have a look to see if it is coming in around the needle or around the seat.

I stud my own tires (same studs as Trelleborgs) and my current woods weapon is an 07 EC250 GasGas. However, my 2010 six days EC250 is supposed to be here this week!
