Theft always suck.
Last winter, someone stole my furnace from my travel trailer at the storage lot.
$1500 it cost me to replace it, with me installing it.
I also figured out some fail safes when i re-installed it to keep the new one from being ripped off again.

Hey Doug, Nice to hear from you again. I see the spine doctor in 3 weeks to see if my skull fracture has headed properly at my spine. I feel fine and have really no pain in my back or neck, which is a very good sign. When i get the ok to drive again, I will take you up on your offer of trying yours ...

the last skid plate i made, i used puck board from a ice rink. This stuff is tough, and lasted 7 years on my bike before i sold it. probably still on that bike and working.
