I mount mine above my headlight with out an issue. I'll reword my question. Why would you mount it in your spokes? I don't mount my plate to my trucks hub cap or rim....

So whats wrong with mounting your license plate to the front number plate of your bike?

You would most likely have to buy a separate mount for this dampener to work. If you have a calliper to measure the mount bolt spacing and neck diameter I can confirm fitment. Dampener is 200 bucks without the mount.

Look father down the "forsale" list, I have a GPR listed that can be sold separately from the mount.

Guess I spoke too soon.... when I realized channel 48 was literally missing I cancelled my cable.

Another product that works well for soaking corroded parts is brake fluid. You can speed up the process by using a heat gun in between applications, Heat promotes the fluid to penetrate over just creeping.
